Shipping policy

Uncle John's Licorice is proud to use Australia Post for our shipping anywhere in Australia. Please note we do not ship overseas.

When you order with Uncle John's Licorice, you will receive shipping updates via email. 
If you have not received an email update within 2 business days from time of order, please email admin@unclejohns.com.au. 

We send our parcels as quickly as possible, usually within 2 business days (Monday, Wednesday and Friday). 

If you have any concerns about your postage or tracking please contact us. We can submit and enquiry with Australia Post through our business portal which will assist to expedite the issue. 

Standard shipping is currently $9.95 for up to 5kgs Melbourne Metro and $12.95 for up to 5kgs anywhere in Australia.
