Refund policy
At Uncle John's Licorice, we want our "Licorice Lover's' to be happy and enjoy your experience with us.
Unfortunately, once in a while things don't go to plan. But the good news is, being a small family business, we can fix it.
If your online purchase doesn't get to you in good order, please call or email within 10 days upon receipt of goods to let us know. We will happily refund your money or resend your parcel.
We will ask for a photo of the products / parcel to assist with our processes, and also the 'best before date' which is also our 'batch number'. We may also ask for the product to be returned so please keep the product until we have discussed the issue.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-refundable items
We cannot accept refund claims after 30 days on receipt of goods, being a perishable item. Please see package details on how best to store your licorice.
Refund
You will be notified of the outcome of your refund request. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
